We just checked out Toridori, the newest restaurant at the Queen's Marquee complex. It's got a cool, fast-paced vibe, complete with an open kitchen and bar that make this destination equals parts of dining experience and culinary entertainment. On our visit, Korean inspired beef tartare and shrimp, truffle dumplings highlighted the appetizers while Filipino lechon (pork belly) which was simultaneously crispy and moist, start of the main dishes. A few menu tweaks and some better wine, beer, sake selections and we'll be there on a regular basis, if only to try the tartare again, and again, and again.
