ISO 9001 Clause 10.2 I Non-Conformity and Corrective Action
In this session you will learn about Clause 10.2 of ISO 9001 2015 QMS standard. This clause states that organization must need to consider and non-conformity. it has to be considered immediately it occurs and shall have document that non-conformity. This Non-conformity then shall be dealt with corrective action so that it can be resolved.
