I absolutely love how our Christmas tree turned out, so our tradition is we go out to get our Christmas tree then it sits in the garage for a day. My husband and boys grab my tree bring it in through the slider take down the light in my dining room and then measure it up to see if it’s even going to fit. This year we had to cut almost a foot off of my tree and the top is still bending over but I don’t normally put an angel on the tree anyway so that’s OK. Next we get the tree set up it falls on me then I have to call my husband and let him know that my tree fell once again. This is the eighth year in a row that my tree has fallen on me or in the middle of the night breaking lots of ornaments. Then my husband ties it up we usually argue over at the fact that it’s tied wrong and the tree fell. Then I spend the whole day putting lights on my Christmas tree hoping to get it ready before my kids get home from school so then we can all decorate the tree together. The next up wrapping presents for two days and put them underneath my one of three downstairs trees.

During the holidays we definitely have lots of traditions that we use with putting up the tree or decorating cookies or grabbing a coffee and going to check out Christmas lights we absolutely just love the holidays and it gives us an excuse to spend more time together.
