To make a forshmak:
Herring fillet - 200 g
Salad onion - 1 pc.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Apple - 50-60 g
Butter - 50 g
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Finely chop the herring, onion, eggs and apples. Add soft butter. Season with black pepper. Optionally, you can grind with a blender or grind in a meat grinder.
