Pure de papa
5 papas đĽ
1/2 tza. De mantequilla
2 cdas. De mayonesa
1/2 taza. de leche cremosa
1/2 taza. de crema batida
1/2 cdta. De Sal de ajo
1/4 cdta. De pimienta
Sal al gusto.
-Papas -đĽ
Pelar y cortar papas en cuadros
Hervir papas por 30min.
Machucar y incorporar todos los ingredientes.
EspĂĄrragos
1 cda. de aceite de ajonjolĂ
1/4 tz. de mantequilla
1/8 cdta. de sal de ajo
Pizca de sal
â˘agregar: mantequilla, aceite de ajonjolĂ, sal de ajo y una pizca de sal
⢠agregar espårragos y Cocinar por 5min a fuego lento.
Steak Ribeye đĽŠ
1/2 de pimienta
Sal al gusto
â˘Sazonar: con sal y pimienta
â˘cellar steak en plancha por todos lados.
â˘hornear steak por 15min. A 375* F
Gravy
1 cda. De maicena
1/4 tza. De mantequilla
1 cda. De caldo de res en polvo.
1 tza. De agua đ§
1/8 pimienta
â˘Usar el mismo sartĂŠn đł donde se cocinĂł el Steak para el gravy
â˘mezclar 1 cda. De maicena en 1/2 taza de agua đ§
â˘agregar: mantequilla,pimienta, maicena,
1 cda. De caldo de res en polvo, aumentar una taza mĂĄs de agua, mezclar hasta hervir.
Mash potatoes
5 potatoesđĽ
1/2 cup. Butter
2 tbs. Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup. Half & half
1/2 Cup. Whipped cream
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. of pepper
Salt to taste
Potatoes đĽ
â˘Peel and cut potatoes in squares
⢠cook then for 30min.
incorporate all ingredients and purĂŠe.
Asparagus
1 tbs. Sesame oil
1/4 cup. of Butter
1/8 tsp. Garlic Salt
Pinch of salt
â˘add butter, sesame oil, garlic and dash of salt.
â˘add asparagus and cook for 5 min.
â˘Steakcook for 5min on low heat.
Ribeye steak đĽŠ
1/2 pepper
Salt to taste
⢠Season: with salt and pepper ⢠Grill steak on all sides.
⢠Bake steak by 15min. to 375 * F
Gravy
1 tbs.. of cornstarch
1/4 cup. butter.
1 tbsp. of beef broth powder
1 cup.of Water đ§
1/8 tbsp. Pepper
⢠Use the same đł skillet where the Steak was cooked for gravy
⢠Mix 1 tbsp. Of cornstarch in 1/2 Cup đ§ water
⢠Add: Butter, pepper, cornstarch,
1 tbsp. of beef broth powder
⢠increase one more 1/2 cup of water and mix until boil.
