In this Clinic from Norway Gordon Herbert gives great insight on his way to develop low post players. Coach Herbert covers all aspects of low post play and explains very detailed different moves to succeed.

In the second part he also demonstrates how to teach one on one defense and shows a lot of very helpful drills.

Vita Coach Herbert

Gordon Walter Herbert was born February 12, 1959 in Penticton, Canada.
After finishing a successful career as a player at the University of Idaho 1982, Gordon Herbert played professionally in Finland from 1983 till 1994. Upon finishing his playing career he started coaching in his new home Finland. From 1999 till 2000 he coached Oberwart Gunners in Austria. He then had a short stint at Wurzburg, Germany in2001, before moving to Frankfurt, Germany where he won the league title in 2002. From 2004 till 2006 he coached in Paris, France from where he moved to Pau-Orthez, France. In 2007 he coached Aris Thessaloniki in Greece. In 2008 he became an Assistant Coach with the Toronto Raptors of the NBA. After one year in the NBA he returned to Europe and since coached Frankfurt and ALBA Berlin in Germany.
