Sukuti ( सुकुटी) is the Nepali word for dry meat (jerky). Sukuti is an appetizer or snack mixed with other ingredients and served as side dish such as in sukuti ko achar,sukuti ko tarkari, which is a side dish, usually with tomato sauce.Sukuti is prepared by drying meat for days.Cut meat into strips and keep in direct sun for 1 week.Wrap meat in paper at night time.

Ingredients you will need:
300gram - Dried meat (sukuti)
50 gram - onion chopped
50 gram - tomato chopped
1/2 cup - oil
1 tablespoon - green chilli chopped
1/2 tablespoon - gingergarlic paste
1 tablespoon - coriander leaves(dhaniya)
1/2 tablespoon - cumin powder(jeera ko dhulo)
1/2 tablespoon - chilli powder
1/4 tablespoon - turmeric powder(besar ko dhulo)
2/3 tablespoon - salt
