This video is NOT sped up. This is also not Jacob's fastest time. A tournament display, a digital metronome (at 60 bpm) and a black digital timer (in the background) were purposely placed in this video. So if the video is sped up, then all three devices would be sped up.

The digital timer was purposely placed in the background, where Jacob's arm would temporarily obstruct the view of the timer. If Jacob alone is sped up, then the black digital timer would also be sped up.
