Quarter squat with foot tripod rooted into the box, hold quarter squat until opposite leg touches the ground. Leg not on box does a lateral lift to use lateral hip; do not tilt the body to get the leg swing higher just go to what the hip socket allows. High reps 16-20 to get a good glute burn.
