Gebrau with Bishop Peter Richardson (Bishop of Aipo Rongo, 1987 to 1995)

Gebrau is the latest centre for church work in the Anglican Diocese of Aipo Rongo, an area covering mainland New Guinea and containing 37,000 Anglicans.

This video records a visit by Bishop Paul Richardson to Gebrau and shows the work of the Melanesian Brotherhood - an indigenous religious community which concentrates on evangelisation of remote areas.

Gebrau is situated in the Schrader Mountains of the Madang Province at an altitude of 1,000 feet.
