NGO CSW66 Virtual Forum
This CSW66 parallel event brought together activists and experts from the SRHR & Climate Justice Coalition and the Women & Gender Constituency. The speakers shared key recommendations on how to apply a human rights and social-justice based approach to climate action that includes the full range of SRHR, committing robust and feminist financing for the climate and SRHR intersection, ensuring SRHR is integrated into specific UNFCCC Gender Action Plan activities, and engaging girls and women, in all their intersecting identities, and youth- and gender-focused organizations in climate processes.
