Update: I did forget to mention if you're having trouble finding wax, I believe the west guard building, through the red doors, past the metal detectors and up the third floor, leftmost guard desk should have a guaranteed spawn of it. It's the building we ran past on our way to the helicopter around 1:10 in the video. I like to drop my red key in the room with the lockers after going through the doors so I don't need to worry about carrying a contraband pouch.
