Great way to enjoy summer is making pie filling. Simple and easy with a bit of an arm workout using Sure Jel. Enjoy!
5 cups rhubarb, diced
5 cups strawberries, sliced
2 cups sugar
1 cup Clear Jel*
2 cups water
8 tbsp. bottled lemon juice
Yields: 2-4 Quarts
