Over two years ago, during the pandemic, the cocktail bar I was running with my friends was selling to-go clarified cocktails to keep our business alive during COVID-19. Since we could not have people sitting inside the bar, the idea was to ship cocktails to our patrons without the drinks going bad. We did this through multiple different clarification methods from milk wash to agar clarification, etc.

Well I have never had a punch last more than a couple months without being consumed so when I found this bottle laying in the back of my grandmother's garage fridge, I was intrigued. Turns out we knew what we were doing back in 2021 and the cocktail was as if it was made in front of us. What a journey back in time.
