Top 10 Wing Chun Wooden Dummy Techniques and Fighting Applications of the Muk Jong or Mu Ren Zhuang. I love adding the Wooden Dummy or Wooden Man to my training in Chinese Kung Fu. The Mu Ren Zhuang or Muk Jong is fantastic for close range fighting, bone strength, and hand speed! In Mandarin The Wooden Man is Pronounced "Mu Ren Zhuang" in Cantonese the Wooden Dummy is pronounced "Muk Yan Jong". No matter what you call it, this Wing Chun training device is superb and is a traditional training tool of Chinese Martial Arts especially in the South of China!
