Ware Shoals is Enel Green Power’s hydroelectric project in North Carolina, USA. The facility has a long history: it was built in 1906 to produce energy for the local communities. Over the years, a succession of generations have worked there and now it has become a source of pride for the entire region. Thanks to new and innovative technologies, the plant has been remodeled, increasing the efficiency of the facility but at the same time keeping the history alive.
