Cauliflower is the staple food in the Low carb Dieter's world. We have for you unbelievably crispy and tasty Cauliflower Keema Samosas that will surely curb your cravings.
Well, the magic ingredient is to be praised for is the Low Carb store-bought Tortillas!
The flour slurry acts as a glue and increases the carbs minimally.

Like with any other special diet Doctor's guidance and self Monitoring is a must.

Ingredients

Cauliflower filling

500 gms Shredded Cauliflower
2 tbsp Oil

Whole Spices

1/2 tsp Kalonji (Nigella seeds)
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds


Powdered spices

1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp Hing or Asafoetida
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 inch ginger diced and 1 medium green chili diced
2 cloves of garlic minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp tomato paste(not puree)
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Green diced Cilantro/Coriander leaves



Flour Slurry
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp Water

Oil for deep frying

Directions
1) In a medium-hot skillet put oil Then add all the whole spices one by one and saute so that the spices do not burn.
2) Add the garlic powder and Saute
3) Add the diced ginger and Saute well.
4) Add the green peas and Saute.
5) Add Turmeric, Hing, Red Chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Coriander powder, and Black pepper powder and saute well.
6) Add Salt and Cover.
7) Cook the mixture on medium to low heat for about 10 minutes till the cauliflower is cooked through.
8) Keep on checking and saute in between.
9) After the mixture looks cooked turn off the heat and adds Amchur powder, Chaat masala powder and Green diced coriander leaves. Saute.
10) Do not cover and let the mixture aside to cool down completely (if you put a cover then the mixture might get wet and we want a dry filling)

Samosa Wrapper
1) Cut the Low Carb tortilla in half.
2) Make a slurry by mixing together the flour and the water(we will use it to glue the edge).
3) Coat all the edges of the half-circle tortilla and join its sides to make a cone. You can also make it like a Gujiya /Empanada shape.
4) Put the spiced cauliflower mixture inside the cone and seal the edges with the help of a fork.
5) Fry the samosa in oil at medium to low heat till they are golden brown on all sides.
