INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Eggs: 4
Mustard Seeds: 3/4 tsp
Whole Kashmiri chilies: 3, broken
Curry leaves: 2- 3 sprigs
Coconut oil: 2 tbsp
Onion: 1 large or 2 small, sliced.
Green chilies: 3-4, slit
Ginger: 1 inch, sliced.
Garlic: 5-6 cloves, sliced
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Tomato: 2, sliced
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Coconut milk: 1 1/2 cups
Kerala garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste.
