This video shows you the sampling process, and runs through the basics of Sample editing on the Akai MPC One. Splicing/beat dividing, and audio tracks will be the subject of later videoes. It ends with a brief look at the connection between Sample edit and Program edit; it is intended the next video will be about the Basics of Program Editing.

Audio tracks are treated as samples in the MPC One, so the sample edit part is the same. I intend to do a video specifically on audio tracks in the near future.
