The food is seasonal, locally sourced, and in many cases home grown. Chef Rie makes dishes from all over Indonesia. The flavors are both similar and different to things you may have had before. There are so many countries that have had historical influence over the food and culture of Indonesia, like Dutch, Filipino, Thai and other cultures.
