Hello!
On August 25, 1991, a Unix-like kernel called Linux appeared, which was created by a programmer and hacker, and at that time an ordinary student, Linus Torvalds.
And on September 17 of the same year, the first kernel sources were published.
After that, everything began: desktop shells, various distributions appeared, Android appeared on the basis of the Linux kernel (which would later become the most popular OS for smartphones), and so on.

It has been 30 years since the creation of the kernel, and I propose in this video to look at what the first versions of some distributions were like.
