I spent two days surveying the remediation and repair efforts to numerous properties and government owned assets. I also got clarification from Volusia County on the plan to restore the beaches/coastline. The first five minutes of the video show what the beach looks like from the ground, while the balance shows current (and past) conditions of several of them most impacted buildings.
