Butter is a fairly simple product. All you need is good milk, some time and a couple of steps to turn the milk into butter. But how can you make it even better? This is where French company “Le Beurre Bordier” comes into play. Using a special technique, they make a special type of butter which is sought after by gourmets around the world. Here’s how they do it.
