Get you a jump rope and a set of light dumbbells!

Circuit one:
High Knee Jump Rope
One Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift
Crunch w/ Straight Leg Glute Lift

Circuit two:
In & Out Jump Rope
In & Out Squats
Straight Leg Lifts

Circuit three:
Jump Rope w/ Toe Taps
Straight Leg Rear Lunge
Hands Behind Head Standing Crunch

Circuit four:
Double Foot Jump Rope
In & Out Bicep Curls
Plank Kicks

***This workout does not include a cooldown.

*** Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Equipment: Jump Rope & Dumbbell
Intensity: Moderate to High, High Impact
