The Chesapeake Bay has been invaded by blue catfish. They can be found in every tidal body of water in the satte and continue to grow bigger every year. This spring, we have noticed a big push of these fish into the middle Bay and decided to go try for them in water close to home. We anchored up in the West River and it didn't take long before we started getting some big bites. If you fish in the Chesapeake Bay, I encourage you to fish for these blue catfish and remove them from our waters. We all need to do our part to help save the Bay!
