Banh Mi - Vietnamese Baguette Recipe, easy, simple and doesn't require a mixer.
It's perfectly light with an airy, soft texture inside, thin crispy crust outside.


Ingredients (To Make 4 Baguettes)

2 cups (270g) Bread Flour
3/4cup + 1-2 tablespoons (205mL) water
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons dry instant yeast

Nguyên liệu (làm 4 ổ bánh mì):

2 cups (270mL) bột làm bánh mì
3/4 cup + 1-2 muỗng canh (205mL) nước
3/4 muỗng cafe muối
1 muỗng cafe đường
2 muỗng cafe men nở nhanh
