This is a old pair of BECO 558 blow mold Christmas candles my dad picked up for me at an estate sale. They were super filthy and faded, so I restored them. I plan to put them on my front porch next Christmas.

The candles have old Edison 25 watt frosted lamps in them. That was the era when you took your burned out bulb back to Edison, and they gave you new replacements FREE!

The other candles were my grandparents. I remember them on there porch as a little kid. Dad stated he remembered them from when he was in high school. Dad is "Class of 53". They were in my grandparents attic, when we cleaned the house out. Of course I had to have them! I use to put them outdoors for many many years. I guess the sentimental value is high for me, so I use them indoors now.
