In October 2019 we drove the amazing Grossglockner Alpine Pass (Hochalpenstraße Großglockner) in our self-built campervan.

Located in Austria's High Tauern (Hohe Tauern) national park and with vantage points reaching over 2,500m, it is an incredible way to see some of the most beautiful sights the country has to offer.

Following the beautiful road will eventually take you to Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe, which provides epic views of the Grossglockner mountains and the Pasterze glacier.

There is so much to see, from Edelweissspitze (biker point), Fuscher Lacke, the Wilhelm Swarovski observation tower and many other exhibitions along the way.

This is one of the most epic adventures we've had so far on our European road trip.
