Quarry Hill Orchards. One of the simple pleasures of our childhood was always fall apple time. Growing up in central Ohio meant fall held a special place in our hearts. Each year, we'd have access to some of the best apples in the country. Now, living on the shores of Lake Erie in Huron, we've discovered another great place to pick apples and experience fall festivities. Quarry Hill is a family owned third generation business with some of the best apples we've tasted. We've also had apple cider, peaches, cherries and pumpkins during various seasons. We had to add this to our growing list of places to visit along the shores of Lake Erie. As a place we often visit ourselves, we can highly recommend it. Definitely add it to your next Lake Erie adventure.
