XR18 FX Rack explained. Clearing the confusion about the X-Air built-in FX Rack and how to use it. The how and why and ways to configure it for most users as well as a look at the configuration options for these Midas and Behringer digital mixers. Concepts apply to live sound mixing or studio mixing. The software used in the tutorial is Behringer's X-Air Edit for PC but there is an Apple version as well. Midas M-Air edit is basically identical in function with only some slight graphical tweaks.
