Making dinner for one or two people is sooo much harder than making dinner for a family. The motivation to cook is diminished for each person not partaking in the meal. Then there is the leftovers issue. No one wants to eat reruns for a week.
INDIVIDUAL FREEZER MEALS are a fabulous solution. It also is specular for Grandma or Grandpa's freezer. These are some things to keep in mind when making a freezing dinner.
