Tell Us a Bit About Your Background in the Industry Before Establishing PermaGroup

My name's Adrian Buttress, I'm the Managing Director of PermaGroup. I joined them as a customer in 2002. Previous to that, I'd been fitting windows and conservatories and was just looking for something different, when I saw an advert for rubber roofing installers and that made complete sense - so I joined them as a customer, merged my little business into PermaRoof in 2003, became contracts director and a small shareholder and as the years progressed, I sort-of worked myself up, earning more shareholding, and then in 2017 I bought out Adin Parkins, who was the original director that started the business - and then the rest is history I guess!
