炎熱的天氣,真的讓人吃不消!所以呢,就做了這彩虹菜燕,這甜品有著夢幻的彩虹顏色,好看又好吃,當然這食譜也不會太甜,最適合和家人小孩一起享用了!非常值得推薦的消暑聖品。
彩虹透明燕菜材料:
40克 細砂糖
2茶匙半 燕菜粉 (6克)
1 茶匙 粟米粉
420ml 清水
1-2片 斑蘭葉(打結)
食用色素 (紅,橙,黃,青,藍,紫)
*將細砂糖,燕菜粉 ,粟米粉混合均勻,全部材料煮滾,備用 。
椰漿燕菜材料:
40克 細砂糖
2茶匙半 燕菜粉 (6克)
1茶匙 粟米粉
220毫升 清水
200毫升 椰漿
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1-2片 斑蘭葉( 打結 )
*將細砂糖,燕菜粉 ,粟米粉混合均勻,先煮滾, 接著再徐徐倒入濃椰漿再次煮成微滾, 熄火,備用。(椰漿不要煮大滾,會出油哦。鍋邊冒小泡就可以了)。
Rainbow Agar-Agar /Rainbow Jelly
The hot weather is really overwhelming! So, I made this Rainbow Jelly. This dessert has a dreamy rainbow color. It is beautiful and delicious. Of course, this recipe is not too sweet. It is most suitable for enjoying with family and children!
Rainbow transparent agar-agar Ingredients:
40g caster sugar
2.5 tsp agar-agar powder (6g)
1 tsp corn flour
420ml water
1-2 pandan leaves (knotted)
Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, blue, blue, purple)
*Mix the caster sugar, agar-agar powder and corn flour evenly, boil all the ingredients and set aside.
Coconut milk agar-agar ingredients:
40g caster sugar
2.5 tsp agar-agar powder (6g)
1 tsp corn flour
220ml water
200ml coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 pandan leaves (knotted)
*Mix the caster sugar, agar-agar powder, and corn flour evenly. Bring to a boil first, then slowly pour in the thick coconut milk and re-boil slightly again, turn off the heat and set aside. (Don't boil the coconut milk, it will produce oil. Just bubbling on the side of the pot is fine).
