hi! this is a compilation of the past two weeks or so....here in beijing for the next two months :") because of everything.... i've had many good days and many many bad days. been trying to visit grandpa a lot, he's doing better but will still require a lot of recovery time. the difference between now to when I saw him last (3 months ago) is huge but i understand that's all part of aging. grandma is also doing well, however it is very likely that she will be spending some time in the hospital very soon due to some back issues :-( so grateful to them, grateful that my parents are here and that I am here.

these days i haven't been feeling very present...mostly feel like I've been floating, and I am still struggling to process the loss and on coping with the grief. there are random moments in the day where i think about it...and I just cry...and I am happy that I allow myself to feel these emotions thoroughly. (swollen eyes throughout the whole video) to be honest, i kind of turned my brain off to get myself together so that the video could be completed. i apologize for the heavier moments in this video, i was debating whether or not to cut them out but decided to leave them in because....that is life.

taking baby steps! learning that grief is not simple nor linear, it is so so complex and it comes with so many ups and downs but it will get easier with time. - i keep telling myself that everyday.❤️‍🩹 please take care of yourself.
despite everything, i am so happy that i was able to capture some of these moments. creating videos definitely helps (and biking haha) and i will try my best to gather up my energy and make more in my time here :-)
