As I head towards Al-Aqua mosque in Jerusalem I’m not allowed to enter as I there are specific times when you can enter the mosque, while I was walking back disappointed I saw a Arab sweet shop in the old city of Jerusalem and decided to try their kunafe and they allowed me to visit their kitchen and witnessed how they make baklawa for the first time in my life.
