Why Am I So Angry?

On this holiday weekend, take a break from stress, anxiety, and anger and examine their role in our lives. Sometimes they can be healthy, but when we lose a sense of their practical purpose of informing us why we feel the way we do, they get out of control and start possessing us instead of us possessing them.
