a video detailing the general things I do to avoid the kinds of injuries/flare-ups that occur a someone with hyper mobility, EDS, and fibromyalgia, and the resulting weakness and fatigue

I would also like to stress that I've seen significant improvement since this video was recorded by starting a whole-body resistance routine, the point here being not just to target specific areas of weakness as I demo in the video, but to generally strengthen all the main muscle groups. The routine was specifically tailored to me and my condition, and I think this played a big part not just in ensuring I could realistically do the exercises, but in keeping me motivated.
