This total body sculpting session is full of non-stop action designed to increase metabolic demand (versus reaching a goal of complete muscular fatigue for hypertrophy) by building into multi-muscle versions of our movement and adding short cardio bursts for intensity as we go. Because we will be moving at a faster tempo, more moderate to heavy (vs very heavy weights) are suggested for this routine. You'll only need one set of dumbbells (though you may want to have a lighter set on hand for options to drop set if needed) and mat for this workout. Though you can always move at your own pace, this routine is best for those with the energy to amp up the intensity today, and is not recommended for beginner exercisers.


EQUIPMENT: One moderately heavy set of dumbbells (though you may want to have a lighter set on hand for options to drop set if needed) and mat, plus a chair may be incorporated for the first interval set, if needed.

INTENSITY: Moderate to High

LEVEL: Intermediate (adding heavier weight, large range of motion will increase challenge)
