This is a work by music producer Diceke Hinata, younger brother of Toshifumi Hinata. He studied electronic music at Berkeley College of Music, and married Naomi Akimoto, also debuting as "Interiors" with support from Haroumi Hosono. You Tatsugawa is one of the many works he produced, but she seems to have left no works other than this one EP.
