-every person needs a different amount of food so don’t base what we are eating on what you should!
-this was filmed over multiple days and NOT all that i ate - she controlled some of my snacks / meals and not for a consecutive 24hrs this is a SNIPPET of my life and NOT a guide
-my fear foods may not be yours
-if this may be triggering please DO NOT WATCH I’ve got plenty non foodie videos
-if you need more then that is TOTALLY OK and same if you need less
-I am in recovery and i am not perfect, i am trying so if you see me hesitant with toppings etc it is because it is a journey which i am still on
