I don't mean to say that we aren't understanding WHAT is being said, but we do forget to ask the question: WHY is this being written?

If we don't read this verse in that context, we are likely to #question whether or not we have God's Spirit whenever we don't feel #powerful, loved/loving, or sound-minded/in control of ourselves.
