Before you ask, I`ll explain the scene where Alice tells FP she`s pregnant:
When Alice discovered about her pregnancy she knew right away the baby was FP`s, but when she told him his reaction was kinda rude, so she though he wasn`t going to help her. Of course he was, just that he got scared in the moment.
Back in those days she was dating Hal after breaking up with FP, so telling Hal the baby was his looked like a good idea, but instead of ofering to raise the baby he told her to get an abortion. Later, Alice lied to FP telling him that she followed Hal`s advice an got an abortion, that ended their friendship for good. That`s the real reason she went to the sisters to give her baby on adoption.

25 years later she confess the truth to FP, and instead of getting angry, he just hugs her and tell her that evrything`s gonna be okay.
