Kanagamani Vijayendra was one of Lalgudi sir’s earliest disciples during the 60's. She has been serving the Temple of Fine Arts, KL for the last 30 years as a senior violin teacher and has scored music for many dance productions.

Hariraam Tingyuan Lam, a disciple of Kanagamani Vijayendra had the opportunity to study with Lalgudi sir in 2010 - 2011 and presently takes advanced lessons with Sri Lalgudi GJR Krishnan.
