Isaiah prophesies that Jesus would be silent before His persecutors and executioners as a sheep is silent before those who shear and slaughter it. He was right, of course.. but is all we're supposed to take from the prophecy THAT Jesus would do this, or did Isaiah intend to draw on WHY sheep do this to show WHY Jesus did the same?
