Yum Yum Sauce is the sauce served at Japanese steakhouse restaurant overseas. Actually, not known in Japan. Perfect for dipping or drizzling. With grilled shrimp, chicken, vegetables, or drizzled over a plate of fried rice, etc.
It lasts for a week in the fridge but I wouldn't stock too much because it is easy to make with ingredients on hand.

1/2 US cup (120ml) mayonnaise *use Kewpie mayo if you can https://amzn.to/3XPt1To
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. tomato paste https://amzn.to/3XLQbKf

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika powder
*You can use 1 tbsp. of tomato ketchup instead of tomato paste and sugar.
