HERE ARE MY WORKOUT:

- SHOULDER PRESS 10 reps x 3 sets
- SHOULDER FLYS 10 reps x 3 sets
- BICEP CURLS 10 X 3
- TRICEP PULLDOWN 10 X 2 and drop set
- REVERSE FLY ON MACHINE 10 X 4
- TRICEP DIPS WITH PLATE until tired x 3 sets
- AB FINISHER: emom
