Ingredients

First Step

350g Sliced Onions
½ Cup oil
50g Garlic &ginger Paste
12g fresh Green Chillies
14g Fresh Coriander
7 cardamon pods
2 Bay leaves
12g Salt
1 Tomato
Red pepper

Cook for 15 minutes

Second step

580g Meat
Cook for 10 minutes

Third step
1½ boiling water
Simmer for 50 minuts

Fourth step
Add spices
5g Coriander powder
5g Cumin Powder
8g Turmeric powder
4g Paprika
6g Kashmiri Chili powder
Potatoes
Add
Potatoes (Optional)
Water to desired thickness of sauce
Simmer for 20 minutes
