Legendary Nigerian Singer Onyeka Onwenu passes away at 72.
The music icon popularly known as the "Elegant Stallion" reportedly died on Tuesday, July 30 night, at the Reddington Hospital in Lagos.

According to a source close to the family, the singer who attended the 80th birthday party of the chief executive officer of Emzor Pharmaceuticals Mrs Stella Okolie, where she also performed for their group of friends.
After her performance, she reportedly returned to her seat to sit down and suddenly collapsed shortly after. She was immediately rushed to Reddington Hospital, which was nearby, where she was sadly pronounced dead after much effort.
