Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Fish Curry. This Fish Curry recipe is also known as Jhol Macha or Macha ko jhol in Nepali Language. Nepali Fish curry is very popular in restaurants all over Nepal. Today I am going to show you step by step how you can make this delicious Fish Curry at home. We are using cat fish in this recipe today but you can use any type of fish from the rivers or lakes. First of all we marinate the fish with several powder spices like: chili, turmeric, salt and mustard paste and then let it rest for about half an hour. We fry the Fish on a pan on high heat and add it in the curry-mustard sauce.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For marination
800 gm fish
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp mustard paste
For Sauce
6-8 pods garlic
2 medium onion
3-4 green chilies
2 medium tomatoes
2 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp mustard and cumin seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp mustard paste
1 tbsp fresh coriander
