Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound Large shrimp, cleaned & deveined
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon spicy seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1tablespoon dried Parsley

2 stalks of Broccoli
3 to 4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon salt

Vegetable oil to fry shrimp

Brown sauce recipe:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 Shao xing cooking wine or red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce

Directions:
1. Clean and devein you shrimp, add the first 8 ingredients listed to your shrimp and mix well. Let it set for 15 mins or more.
2. Clean you Broccoli, place a wok or cast iron skillet on Med-High heat. Add water, salt and Broccoli...cook for about 5-8 mins. Remove and sit aside.
3. On med-high heat, add vegetable oil to the skillet. Cook shrimps 1 minute per side. Remove from the skillet.
4. Add: BROWN SAUCE INGREDIENTS to a bowl and mix well. On Med-High heat add sauce bring to a small simmer, turn heat down to med. Add Broccoli and keep stirring. (Add water if sauce is to thick)
5. SERVE OVER A BED OF WHITE OR ROWN RICE & ENJOY.
